BARREL, TANK AND CONTAINER CLEANING AaquaBlaster Series The AaquaBlaster series of container cleaners are specifically designed to clean the interior surface of barrels and tanks, tank trucks and trash containers. The cleaning efficiency is achieved thanks to stream jets at low flow rate but high pressure, thus providing high impact washing. Stream nozzles rotate around a turret to provide complete orbital cleaning coverage of all interior surfaces.
AaquaBlasters are ideally driven by hot or cold high pressure washer producing 4 GPM of flow or more. The higher the flow the faster the rotation of the nozzles thus producing a more rapid cleaning cycle.
AaquaBlaster Model 360
The AaquaBlaster Model 360 portable barrel and tank cleaning tool is ideal for applications where the insertion opening is smaller than two inches such as wine barrels and closed head 55 gallon drums.
The "360" incorporates a plate at the base that stabilizes and protects the cleaning device during and after insertion. The "360" allows for easy insertion into wine barrel mounted on most Western Square or TOPCO type barrel pallets and can be incorporated into the Western Square barrel cleaning platform that contains rotation rollers.
AaquaBlaster's are ideally driven by hot or cold high pressure washer's that produce 4 GPM of flow or more. The higher the flow the faster the rotation of the nozzles thus producing a more rapid cleaning cycle. High pressure inline Y filters are recommended and available to prevent particulates from interrupting the internal rotational gears of the "360".
**AaquaBlaster 360's are available in configurations that will allow inlet flows to exceed 17 GPM which in turn produces higher impingement, larger cleaning coverage and faster cleaning cycles.
AaquaBlaster Model 244
The AaquaBlaster Model 244 works ideal with "open head" containers where upward or downward cleaning is desirable such as open tanks or trash containers. Requires a minimum of 5 GPM or more.
Speical platforms have been designed to make the Model 244 function in a variety of applications including trash container cleaning, small tank and drum cleaning and fruit bin cleaning.

AaquaBlaster Model 360HD
The AaquaBlaster "360HD" functions similar to the model 360 but requires a larger opening and has a protected turret for more industrial applications.
The "360HD" can be suspended by the supply hose inside a tank or can become a portable cleaner by attaching it to our trolley/cart or tripod.
